Who processes the data

The controller of the personal data collected through this site is Astris Estates ("we"). For questions about your personal data, write to info@astris.bg.

What data we collect

The data you send us through the enquiry form: full name, phone, email, the chosen project and home, and the text of your message. The site requires no registration. Only if you accept analytics and advertising cookies is visit data collected as well (IP address, browser, pages viewed, cookie identifiers) — see "Cookies" below.

Why we process it

To answer your enquiry, arrange a viewing and send you information about the home you are interested in. The basis is your consent and the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

How long we keep it

Until the correspondence about your enquiry is closed and no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless a contract is concluded in the meantime — then the data is kept under the rules for contracts.

Who has access

The Astris Estates team that answers enquiries, and the site's hosting provider. Only with your cookie consent do visit data and hashed contact details reach Google and Meta to measure our ads (see "Cookies"). We do not sell your data.

Cookies

The site uses technically necessary cookies — for the session and for the colour theme you chose. Only with your consent (the "Cookies" banner) do we also use analytics and advertising cookies: Google Analytics and Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.) and the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.). They show us which pages and ads lead to an enquiry. When you send an enquiry or tap a phone number, we also report this to Meta together with your IP address, browser and Meta's cookie identifiers; your e-mail, phone and name are sent only as irreversible hashes (SHA-256). Without consent nothing is sent to Google or Meta and no such cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time from "Cookies" at the bottom of the page.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@astris.bg. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).
